I've updated the injury requirements and rules again in light of more questions, as people have injuries and are considering moves. Basically for a player to be a legit IR he should be out 4 weeks, so the trade can only happen after four weeks since the injury (see guidelines). For example Anderson injured himself Oct. 26th and on Nov. 23rd can be traded or not, when he comes back, if he is not already traded, Ranon has a week to decide if he wants to keep Anderson or if he should trade him. If he doesn't trade within this week, then it is done, you can't wait until the all-star break and if the goaltender (or d-man) sucked, decide "well he was injured so..." There has to be an element of risk in the trade which means the trade can only be after four weeks and within a week of return. Hopefully this makes sense, I talked to Chris about this concerning trading Phaneuf, he said it was fair, I think so too.

 Next update Nov. 28
